Home / Return Policy Return Policy Wholesale Return Policy: • All items purchased through the wholesale department are final sale. • Once items are in the possession of the customer they may not be returned or exchanged for hygienic purposes. • All discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, must be reported to your wholesale representative within 48 hours of delivery. • Items that are damaged or broken may be replaced on a case by case basis once a proper RMA form has been filled out. o For broken or damaged items you must keep the item as you may be asked to return it. o You must provide photo proof of the damaged/ broken item. o If the product is deemed defective, Morphe will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. • Our policy applies to and between Morphe Brushes Inc. and our customer. Our policy does not apply or extend to cover any items that have left the possession of our customer.
