Why can't I view prices online?

You are able to view products online. However pricing is only view-able to approved Morphe Wholesale customers that are logged into their account.

Is the $1500 wholesale order minimum before or after the discount?

Your order must reach the minimum for the discount before the discount is applied.

Do I need to order a minimum number of pieces per item?

Yes, you must order a minimum of 6 pieces, 12 pieces or 30 pieces depending on the time. Click on the "More Information" tab at the bottom of the page for more details.

Why are some items not on the wholesale website yet they are available on the retail website?

We allocate stock to both wholesale and retail. If the amount allocated to wholesale has been temporarily depleted, the item will appear as "out of stock," until it is restocked. Note that specialty items such as collaborations with Makeup Artists will generally not be available for wholesale.

I forgot to apply my personal coupon code to my order. What will happen?

Unfortunately, we will need to cancel the order and have you resubmit the order. This is because we received an authorization for the full amount at the moment you place your order. We cannot retroactively apply a discount to an authorization already provided by your credit card company. The cleanest way to deal with this scenario is to void the order and have you place it again.

Can I go to your retail store and place my wholesale order on the spot to take that same day?

Wholesale orders cannot be placed at the retail store because the retail store is alloted only what is projected to be sold to individual consumers. All wholesale orders must be placed on our website (no exceptions).

How long will it take for my order to process?

Orders can take 7-10 business days to process (not including weekends and holidays). During peak times, such as holidays or new product releases, please allow extra time for processing.

Can I pre-order or pay for products that are out of stock?

No, we do not offer pre-ordering and we cannot charge you for anything we do not physically have in stock to send out to you. Once an item restocks, you may place your order at that time.

If the final destination of goods is in another country but I am shipping within the US or I am located in the US, can I pay with a credit card?

If your business is in another country, whether you live in the US or will be shipping within the US, your only options for payment are PayPal or wire transfer.

Do you offer discounts on non-Morphe items?

Yes. Non-Morphe items are already discounted 20% on the wholesale website. This means, when you apply your exclusive discount code, no additional discounts will apply toward non-Morphe products.

Do you offer exclusivity to distributors?

No, currently Morphe Wholesale does not offer exclusivity.

Do you offer free samples?

Because our products are already so competitively priced, we do not offer samples or items for the use in displays.

Do you offer displays?

No. At this time we do not offer displays for any products. This allows you full flexibility to display our products as you like.

Who can promote Morphe products for sale?

Only approved individuals who have a valid Morphe wholesale account are authorized to promote the Morphe products. Unauthorized individuals will be automatically declined for an account when Morphe products are promoted without a valid wholesale account and prior approval.

Who may use the Morphe logo?

In order to use the MORPHE logo you must have a valid Morphe wholesale account and an authorization form must be on file. Please contact your wholesale rep for assistance on obtaining an authorization form.

If I would like to use your logo for advertising what do I need to do?

You will need to email your account representative to request a permission form for the use of the Morphe logo.

How can I obtain images of your product for my website?

You can pull product images directly from our website by copy and pasting images from our website to yours.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

No, FedEx will NOT ship to a PO Box. You must provide a physical address for the shipment of your order.

Do you offer in-person or "store pick-up?"

No, due to the large number of orders being received, we no longer accept in person pick-ups at our Pacoima warehouse. All orders must be shipped (no exceptions).

Do you offer flat rate shipping for wholesale orders?

Due to the size of wholesale orders we do not offer free or flat rate shipping. However, please do not get confused with the flat rate shipping options at check out. The flat rates charged as simply an estimate at the time of check out and should your actual shipping be a different cost, you will be contacted to pay the difference or get a refund for the difference.

How are shipping costs determined?

Shipping cost is generated based on the weight, dimensions, and number of packages for your order.

I am missing item(s) from my order, what do I do?

You must contact your wholesale representative within 48 hours of delivery to report the missing items and complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report the damaged item to your wholesale representative. You will need to complete and submit an RMA form as well as provide pictures of the damaged item.

Can Morphe terminate my account?

Morphe reserves the right to decline and revoke a wholesale account to any interested parties at our discretion. No appeals or reapplications. Morphe Inc. has the right to terminate any account for non-compete with our brand. Morphe Inc. does not authorize selling of products on Amazon, Ebay or any other discount website.
